On Saturday night, violence broke out in downtown Madison, as police and protesters clashed on State Street.
Some agitators also took the chance to damage business. On Sunday Morning, Michael Johnson, the President and CEO of the Dane County Boys and Girls Club, arranged a clean-up crew of over 3,000 to sweep through the affected areas and repair the damage.
Earlier today, WORT Producer Jonah Chester sat down with Johnson to discuss the clean-up effort and the violence that gripped downtown this weekend.
