I love my martinis dirty. This shouldn’t be a surprise to regular listeners of Sara’s Table. I tend to revel in the briney and the bite that hits the top of your tongue with anything a little salty.
2 1/2 shots Gin
1/2 shot of brine from cocktail olives
1/8 shot extra-dry Vermouth
Shake ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker and strain. Serve chilled. Garnish with good green olives.
