It started with a Tea Party protest. Holding an “Impeach Obama” sign from the pedestrian overpass in Campbell, Wisconsin that crosses interstate 90. Police Chief Tim Keleman felt that this presented a significant distraction to passing motorists and was as a result, a safety concern. So he had the town board place an ordinance against hanging signs from the overpass. It is then alleged that the Tea Party then flooded the police department with harassment calls, death threats and that someone even attempted to hack into Chief Keleman’s bank account.
