Contributor Gianofer (JON nah fer) Fields wanted us to ask this question. Is it her… or was Hippie Christmas just not the same this year. For those of you who don’t know, Hippie Christmas happens when it seems all of Madison moves from one dwelling to another and leaves a treasure trove of discarded items on the curb. If they know what’s up, the items are put out a couple of days before the garbage trucks arrive so “shoppers” have more time to perouse the piles.
No matter if you are moving in, moving out or staying in place. You are going to need stuff.
In this archival edition of Radio Chipstone, contributor Gianofer (JON nah fer) Fields takes us back to 1915 and the home of Henry Kettle with guidance from Jennifer Van Haaften and Karl (COP – ingst) Kaphengst of Old World Wisconsin.
