
Wisconsin State Representative Terese Berceau and Progressive Magazine writer Rebecca Kemble spoke with host Tony Castaneda about last night’s 2013 Budget Address. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s address was considered “ideological” and at times “creepy” said Kemble and Berceau. Walker’s loudest applause of the night came when he suggested that government was most successful when fewer and fewer people are dependent on it.
