MADISON (WORT) — This week, Madison Mayor Paul Soglin announced a new law targeting the chronically homeless. The proposed ordinance sets a time limit on the use of public benches in the city’s Central Business District and prohibits sitting, lying, or lodging at the City-County Building. The Madison Common Council is expected to vote on the new rules this fall. Dylan Brogan reports.
