MADISON (WORT) — The family of 19-year-old Tony Robinson has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of Madison and Madison Police Officer Matt Kenny. Tony Robinson’s mother Andrea Irwin says the civil lawsuit is the family’s last opportunity for justice.
