New Lawsuit Disputes DA’s Assessment of Tony Robinson Case
MADISON (WORT) — In May, Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne announced Madison Police Officer Matt Kenny was legally justified in using deadly force against 19-year-old Tony Robinson Jr. But a new federal lawsuit will ask a jury, not a prosecutor, if the shooting was justified.

MADISON (WORT) — In the next few weeks, Dane County District Attorney Ozanne will weigh the evidence in the police shooting of 19-year-old Tony Robinson and decide whether or not Madison Police officer Matt Kenny will be charged with any crime related to the incident.
