Who runs the world? Girls! On Thursday, April 14, substitute Diaspora host Elizabeth, Queen of Exiles will bring you three hours of music by female artists from around the world. Elizabeth is filling in for Terry O’ on April 7th, 14th, and 21st.
Wonderful world music artists will be performing at La Fete de Marquette this weekend, including Ginkoa (from Paris), Papa Diouf (from Senegal), the Krar Collective (from Ethiopia), and Les Poules a Colin (from Quebec). You can see the full schedule here.
