A new piece of proposed legislation would require holocaust education for Wisconsin’s students. The proposal comes after anti-semitic hate crimes in the U.S. hit an all-time high in 2019. Earlier today, Producer Jonah Chester spoke with State Representative Lisa Subeck, a Democrat from Madison and the bill’s co-author, to discuss the proposal.
