MADISON (WORT) — In May, Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne announced Madison Police Officer Matt Kenny was legally justified in using deadly force against 19-year-old Tony Robinson Jr. But a new federal lawsuit will ask a jury, not a prosecutor, if the shooting was justified.

MADISON (WORT) — Hundreds of Madison residents gathered to protest the District Attorney’s decision not to charge the officer who shot and killed 19-year-old Tony Robinson. By the end of the peaceful protest, dozens of police officers were on the scene and arrests were made.
