40th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade
On Monday January 28th, John Quinlan hosted a show about the history of the abortion rights movement as we mark the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. The In-studio guests were WI NARAL exec. director Jenni Dye, and women’s rights leader Karen Mulhauser. Mulhauser led the national NARAL office from 1973-1981 and joined John and Jenni by phone from Washington, DC. They discussed the horrors of pre-Roe America, through the years building a movement for choice, to the state of the movement today.
