(WORT) — UW-Madison student Colin Higgins was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship in November and will go on to the University of Oxford next semester to continue his research on the relationships between public policy and the environment. Reporter Cameron Bren spoke with Higgins about his Middleton upbringing, and the culmination of education, experience, and inspiration that led to his Rhodes Scholarship.
