Tuesday host Carousel Bayrd speaks with the Democratic candidates for Lieutenant Governor, former representative Mandela Barnes and Sheboygan businessman Kurt Kober. The candidates talk about their respective backgrounds, motivations for running, and visions for public education and environmental policy. The two will face off in the August 14th primary.
