This Thursday, Wisconsin officially begins its statewide recount of votes cast in the presidential election. UW-Madison political science professor David Canon talks with Tony about how it’s proceeding, why it’s taking place, and whether Wisconsin’s voting system is susceptible to inaccurate tabulation.
