Mount Horeb Schools Cancel Book Reading After Threat of Lawsuit
(WORT) — On Monday, students at the Mount Horeb Primary Center were scheduled to hear a reading and discussion of “I Am Jazz,” a book about a transgender child. But the discussion was cancelled after a Christian legal advocacy group threatened the district with a federal lawsuit.
