Travis Wright is an associate professor of counseling psychology in the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His research focuses on early childhood education, schooling in highly-stressed communities, and teaching students who have experienced trauma. He is the founder and director of BASES Project, a school and community-based intervention for homeless preschool students, their families, and teachers.
