The U.S. is in the midst of a housing crisis that the pandemic has only intensified. Today, we kick off the hour learning about local efforts to combat evictions and homelessness with Robin Sereno from the Tenant Resource Center.
Then, journalist Marisa Endicott gives us a picture of the housing crisis at the national level and outlines some of the policies that the Biden administration and local officials are pursuing to expand housing access and affordability.
Robin Sereno is the executive director of the Tenant Resource Center. She serves on numerous boards and coalitions throughout Madison and Dane County, focusing on homeless issues, eviction prevention, and other anti-poverty measures.
