On Monday, March 18th, Director Chris Thompson spoke with Brian Standing about his new movie, The Jeffrey Dahmer Files, showing at the Wisconsin Film Festival in April.
Jeffrey Dahmer’s horrific story of seventeen disturbing murders in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, doesn’t need much introduction as it’s a story almost everyone seems to know. This movie however, approaches the famous real-life serial killer from another angle. Thompson chose to interview just three people, who were close to Jeffrey at the time of his arrest: Patrick Kennedy, the detective who took his confession; Pam Bass, a neighbor; and Milwaukee’s then-medical examiner Dr. Jeffrey Jentzen.
