MADISON (WORT) — WISDOM, a network of faith-based organizations, is pushing for reform to Wisconsin’s use of solitary confinement. But most people have never seen what it’s like.
WISDOM has built a replica of a solitary cell, taking it around the state and inviting people to spend some time in it. Last week it was at a Marquette University library, and some college and high school theology students visited. Reporter Kate Golden was also there and filed this report.
