Phyllis Hasbrouck, of Madison, represents the West Waubesa Preservation Coalition. She joins us by phone to talk about the recent dangers effecting Lake Waubesa.
Hasbrouck is also the director of Fitchburg Fields, a Nonprofit that promotes sustainability and healthy living. She was, however, strictly speaking on behalf on the Waubesa Preservation Coalition today.
