Community GroundWorks and Urban Tree Alliance will offer a 5-week series beginning September 10th about our local trees and forests. Classes are free but registration is required. Groundwork is a community organization working to achieve racial justice and equity in Dane County. Groundwork organizes an intensive 6-week workshop biennially. The next workshop will take place Sunday afternoons from October 12th through November 16th. It examines racism, white privilege, and racial justice, engaging heads, hearts, and voices in a creative, transformative process.
