Tomorrow at noon, The National Council on Crime and Delinquency and the National Institute of Corrections co-sponsor a free webinar discussing the challenges and needs around the growing proportion of female youth who are prosecuted as adults. The webinar will shed light on realities facing adult correctional systems holding youth, and related legislation and practice, including providing appropriate resources to the vulnerable population of incarcerated girls and young women.
