What would summer in Madison be without the University of Wisconsin’s Memorial Union Terrace? While city residents didn’t have to face a complete closure of the iconic venue by Lake Mendota, there’s no question that the massive Memorial Union construction project curtailed the experience last year. Now, however, the construction phase has moved mostly indoors, and the Terrace is back and ready for action. Wisconsin Union Communications Director Marc Kennedy told the Monday Buzz what to expect by the lake this year.
