Earlier today, the U-S Supreme Court heard oral arguments for the case of Sackett v EPA, a case that could have major implications for the future of the Clean Water Act across the country.
Scott Strand is a senior attorney with the Environmental Law and Policy Center, a non-profit advocacy group dedicated to environmental justice across the Midwest. The group filed a brief in the case in support of the EPA, saying that undermining the Clean Water Act would limit the federal government’s ability to protect wetlands across the country.
