MADISON (WORT) — Wisconsinites applying for unemployment benefits and food stamps may soon be forced to undergo a drug test. Details of a proposal being floated by Gov. Scott Walker are still forthcoming, but Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R- Rochester) says drug testing legislation is among the Republican’s top priorities next session. Dylan Brogan reports.
