MADISON (WORT) — On Tuesday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker introduced his plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act as part of his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination. Walker’s calling it the Day One Patient Freedom Plan. The 10-page proposal would eliminate some of the most popular aspects of the President Obama’s signature law and replace them with conservative health care measures. Cameron Bren reports.
