Starting this September, Groundwork will hold an intensive 6-week workshop open to all. The workshop will examine how racism and white privilege affect lives, communities, institutions, and movements for social justice, while developing strategies for prioritizing racial justice both individually and collectively. Childcare is provided. There is a cost, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Visit groundworkmadison.com for more info.
This Friday and every Friday in August, Dane Dances will be held on the Monona Terrace Rooftop from 5.30 until 9.30pm. This event is free and family-friendly. More info at danedances.org.
