This service targets people with low-to-moderate income, individuals with disabilities, and non-English speaking taxpayers and seniors. Tonight is a free screening of “Return of the River.” This film tells the story of the largest dam removal project in history, one which captures the tenacity of individuals who would not give up on a river and explores the complex relationship between Native and white communities and the environment that sustains them.
