Recently re-elected Governor Scott Walker has said the “voters have spoken” since last Tuesday’s election in Wisconsin. But, what exactly did they say? Despite voting in politicians opposed to both issues, Wisconsin voters also voted “Yes” on two advisory referenda: to raise the minimum wage and to ask the state to accept expanded Medicaid funding.
