Recently re-elected Governor Scott Walker has said the “voters have spoken” since last Tuesday’s election in Wisconsin. But, what exactly did they say? Despite voting in politicians opposed to both issues, Wisconsin voters also voted “Yes” on two advisory referenda: to raise the minimum wage and to ask the state to accept expanded Medicaid funding. Robert Kraig is the Executive Director of Citizen Action Wisconsin, and he joined the Buzz on November 10 to talk about the Badger Care and Medicaid referendum results.
