MADISON (WORT) — Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate passed a constitutional amendment that could change how the Chief Justice is selected for the state Supreme Court. The amendment must be approved by the Assembly and the pass a statewide referendum before it can take affect. Voters might be given that chance as early as the April 7th ballot. Cameron Bren reports.
