On Sat. Sept 18 WORT hosts the Main Stage on the 900 Block of Willy St with a bounty of great funk, rock, soul and blues to please your festy-loving ears. In a year of many changes, this one was a huge shift for the station: from Sunday to Saturday, from the 800 block to the 900 block and from underground rock and hiphop to crowd-pleasing dance music. We are proud to bring you some of the finest talent from the Madison area and a very special guest from Louisiana in her first Madison appearance. As always, admission is free and your beverage purchases benefit the Wil-Mar Community Center. Come visit us at the WORT booth with the bright orange tents, see what’s happening at the station and pick up some bargain merch and music!
