The Insurgent Radio Kiosk is a four minute segment aired four times a day that includes a two-minute commentary and a calendar of free and low-cost community events. Event announcements are generally run on the day of the event or on Friday for the Weekend Action Calendar.
Host Gary Alderman professionally sells rare and out-of-print jazz vinyl, and also sells rare jazz publications (old Down Beat mags, etc.) Gary is a jazz historian and a great source of discographical and discological information.
